Pros

Work from home fully (only because my office location was shut down during covid) Good amount of PTO and rollover PTO

Cons

The new CEO is making $1M with a $20M BONUS while the lowly hourly employees get NO PAY RAISES and NO BONUS doesn’t sit right with me. His sign on bonus was 20 YEARS worth of his salary?! Pay is horrible for this industry, does NOT keep up with inflation, most people are struggling between paychecks Crazy OT cuts into personal life, there’s never enough time in the day to get things done because no account has enough people for the amount of work required. Management is awful, meaning higher ups and managers themselves. Re-orgs happen way too often and half the time they revert back to the way something was 6 months or a year ago for no apparent reason. No true growth opportunity (which is sad because it’s the reason I chose to work here in the first place) because they want to keep you at the lowest level so they don’t have to pay you more money. Even if you try to move up and show growth, you get told no. People who are awful at their jobs or straight up don’t do their jobs aren’t fired when they do more harm than anything to their teams because it burns the rest of the people out picking up their slack Very few people will actually help you even when you’re drowning in work and begging for help

Pros

Not much that I can think of, would say its decent pay but they move the goal posts on goals every year so once you get comfortable with your goals and achieving your target to them hitting the reset button and back to square one

Cons

The culture has shifted in a very negative direction. Top performers can still feel boxed in by limited growth opportunities, changing expectations, and compensation structures that do not always reflect actual performance. There is a heavy focus on control, office attendance, and short-term metrics, while trust and morale continue to decline. It can feel political, exhausting, and disconnected from the people actually driving results. Very toxic for capacity reps, they do everything wrong and contstantly are the whipping posts for commercial teams who are always in the right
