There are a few nice people if they are still there. Some roles can be done from home.

Pretty much everything else. A lot of the roles have poor pay, and no career progression. The general attitude of the senior management is poor and unless your face fits you can be treated badly and nothing is done about it. If you're face fits you can do pretty much what ever you want even abuse your power as management towards staff and get away with it, but if you dare rock the boat or question anything you are pushed out. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to work here because no one deserves to dread going to work every morning.
