Pros

they have snacks but like that’s about it. They want you to hangout with them during lunch and puzzle. They get upset of you go to the bathroom which is outside the office. If Lisa isn’t watching you she’s having the rest of the team and they report back to her about you.

Cons

Lack of admin support when hired. Everyone sits at one table. Owners are related and it’s weird. You will be cold calling all day while having people yell over you. Training is more of cold calling and them deciding if they like u enough to stay. Feels like a business that hires on young women who don’t know a toxic work environment bc they hire on lack of experience. This is not recruiting, they lack ethics and satisfactory service. Don’t work here it’s a waste of time since u are just making the money to pay your own salary just for you to need to make her 4500 a month or you go into a debt system and will make no money. Feels like a failing start up. Pick me girl energy from all of the employees.

Pros

C partners was such a wonderful experience, I’d recommend anyone to work here! To start, the training is amazing, they give ample tools for you during training to provide you with success at the company and on top of that, the team is more than happy to answer any questions you have at any given moment. It is a very supportive office environment where everyone is rooting for each other / wanting each other succeed. That goes into the team who are wonderful and probably my favorite part about working at C Partners. As I said earlier, they are beyond supportive and genuinely want you to succeed, everyone is so personable it didn’t feel like it took a while to fit in and they genuinely feel like a family. There is a great balance of having fun in the office as the vibe is definitely more laid back then most office jobs and also getting stuff done, it is a perfect balance. The boss is absolutely wonderful, one of the most kind people I have ever met who wishes the absolute best for her employees and provides them with ample training and support for success / growth in the company. You would be very lucky to work and learn under someone like her. Overall, C Partners was an amazing experience with a welcoming company culture, a family style environment, fantastic team of great people, room for growth, and an awesome boss. I would suggest for everyone to work at this place!!

Cons

Pros

Casual atmosphere with a young crowd.

Cons

Constant layoffs. Was warned when hired that the entire original team all left at once, and they continued to fire people the entirety of my time there (constant revolving door). Management looks for young individuals who are too naive to recognize a healthy professional work setting, and will promise unrealistic salary expectations. If hired, you will be severely underpaid with the promise of commission (guilted if you even try to ask for it after earned) and used to do data entry and will be fired due to not bringing in deals right off the bat when hardly any training is offered. Managers are hardly in office, and coworkers who have only been there for a couple months are expected to train. One manager is hardly even in the country. Very inappropriate environment with "managers" who are related that can't agree on anything business related. They will drag employees into their business. Will also ask employees inappropriate questions about your personal life as well as ask for gossip on other employees. Super toxic company, and always "hiring". Don't fall for the trap (Also "loyalty" means nothing to these people, so don't think if you make it past your probationary period you're safe. Always have a backup income stream on hand.)
