We really appreciate your honest feedback and commitment to education. Please understand that we aim to build schedules as consistently as possible for all of our teachers since that is to the direct benefit of our students. However, teachers who have more C2 teaching experience, along with those teachers who can cover more subjects, will receive more hours and more consistent schedules because they are able to support more of our students at any given time. You will be pleased to hear that we have a new Teacher Development Initiative that provides teachers with different ways to increase their pay while also providing opportunities to grow and develop with C2.
