Pros

Position: Education Coordinator (Previously Program Lead) - Great teachers to work with - Depending on your Center Director, you can have a really successful time here at work (then again, it depends on your Center Director) - Interaction with families and students constantly

Cons

- You're more of a Sales representative than an education coordinator (not sure why we can't just call this position "sales"... maybe so we don't get bonuses) - You would have to meet your "budget" on a monthly basis otherwise you will be scheduled to meet with management on a weekly basis to report your tasks and responsibilities - Work/Life balance is only given if you are an advocate for yourself - Management can really determine how happy and successful you are here at the company - Upper management has extreme high expectations (they think it's achievable, but doesn't see the whole picture. I *HAD* to really advocate for my own sanity and work/life balance. And I know it's not something everyone is comfortable confronting) - Education Coordinators (previously knows as Program Leads) are pretty much expected to complete 80% of Center Director's job but you're getting about half their pay... if that. - Retention is low (opportunities to climb up the latter was not too hard because people were quitting left and right) - There are always talks about improving the company but rarely things fall through (pretty much blank promises to keep employees longer)
