There are weekly lunch and learns to foster inter-office/inter-project knowledge sharing so all of the employees are able to using the emerging technologies that the projects require. C2SCG definitely has a family feel, there have been baby showers, birthday breakfasts, all hands meetings, and team building events. in the span of just a few months as we celebrate our employees and their accomplishments.
