      Pros

      Great 4 day shift options with Fridays off.

      Cons

      Oppressive workplace. Jealously rampant. Cliques. Unfair reviews. Constant write-ups. Negative work environment. Only 10% survive to 12 mo. mark from a training class of 27. Nice Supervisors who are fair and coach to help the agent succeed are the exception.

      Pros

      You are left to do your job. They believe everyone is capable. Theres an onsite food vendor as well as vendors who come twice weekly.

      Cons

      You're just a number. Unless you work in a specialized department no one knows your name. You dont get bio breaks and must take any time ysed out of your scheduled break.
