Pros
C4ADS is a great place to work if you want to supercharge your early-level career while feeling like you're actually doing something to change the world. They give a lot of trust, freedom, and responsibility to junior career level employees which provides a level of experience and growth that most folks don't get until mid to senior levels. Other plusses: the culture is really lively and fun. Benefits are probably the best you will ever get in the US (Completely free healthcare premiums, generous education stipend, flexible work hours and wfh options, unlimited PTO, etc. ).
Cons
Very horizontally organized which means competing priorities and lack of clear decision hierarchies. Culture and management style is somewhat startup-ey so avoid if you aren't interested in a little bit of chaos or able to be a self-starter.
