incredible training; applicable past your time with C4ADS
autonomy to lead your experience/ make of it what you want to
incredibly supportive staff who want to work with you and help you learn
Cons
Everyone is so accomplished. It takes a couple of weeks to get over the impostor syndrome, but once you do, it's an amazing learning experience.
Most people who work here end up eventually getting better jobs elsewhere.
Cons
Highly unprofessional at all levels from senior leadership to junior staff. Inexperienced leadership and decision makers. Noticeable decline in analytic quality and rigor due to mismanagement and a lack of subject matter expertise. No longer cutting edge. Cherry on top: will do anything to get money under current administration.
