My training at C5 was all done by the Delegate sales manager, which was very good and he definitely knows how to do the job. I found him especially supportive as this was this was my first office based role. He to]aught not just about the job but also how to conduct my self and progress in an office environment and I was there for 12 months. He actively encourages doing your own research and bringing your ideas to the table on how to sell the events. The production team are also fantastic as the they were all previous legal professionals. Which means that the events are regularly must attend, as long as we call the right people. The delegate sales team I worked in are a really strong group often helping each other in and outside of work. I only left because I had an opportunity to progress my career in another company. The annual company events are great and pay and commission is paid on time.
Cons
The CRM system used is outdated and very slow and also prone to crashes but does work.
Even though you are given data to call, some of it which is provided is incorrect. Even though we sell consultative manner, it can become slightly tedious when deals blow out that are out of your control
