Very negative culture, everyone talks about how much they hate it on a daily basis. While most of the people are nice there are a handful of people who make it an almost unbearable place to work meaning there's an extraordinarily high turn-over of people, new people come and go in a matter of weeks once they realise how terrible it is.
The events are average at best, no one cares about the delegate experience so events are put on even if there's only 20 delegates. Launch events are regularly cancelled at the last minute, meaning months of work for nothing.
