The “assessment” involves deploying your work directly onto their live website, which is currently in a “coming soon” phase. The design is complex and clearly tied to their active domain, suggesting it’s intended for production rather than evaluation. It’s very likely they’ll use the submitted work regardless of whether you’re hired. They also impose strict exclusivity terms for a contractor position, even restricting freelance work, which feels unreasonable for contract-based employment.

I love how everyone is invested in and if there is an avenue you want to explore you are supported.
