The management is spectacular, and the kids are great. This work is incredibly rewarding and a great way to get your foot in the door for the autism field. They do extensive training and my team is amazing and supportive.

Can be extremely stressful; pay is less than ideal.

Leadership does not utilize feedback from staff when making decisions, leadership is not interested in service delivery, staff have been told every person is replaceable, salaries are not competitive with local and national market, only opportunities for advancement are for those who say yes and do not question senior level management, multiple responsibilities across positions results in poor work life balance.
