Worst Place I’ve Ever Worked For - Anonymous employee CAA Atlantic Employee Review

I saw recently that CAA made it on the top 100 employers and audibly laughed out loud. The biggest joke I’ve heard yet. This place is a circus with the worst management I’ve ever seen, non-supportive teams, disgusting washrooms, and toxicity everywhere you go. They will sell you on the premise of being this fantastic employer but after I left, everyone I talked to said “oh based on what you’re telling me it seems nothing has changed. I was offered work here once and glad I didn’t accept”. So it seems to be a well-known fact that this place is toxic. DO NOT work here. You will get treated like a number. They DO NOT care for you or any of the work you do if you’re not friends with management. I’ve experienced a lot in my career but nothing disgusted me the way that the people working here have. If I could give a -5049494904/5 review, I would. Management needs to get their act together and stop denying the fact that their workplace environment isn’t filled with bullying and outright disrespect. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
