Pros
There are some great people that work there.
Cons
Most of the problems with Cady originate from the founding members themselves. Growing up in a cult together without a moral compass and then behaving in the same way with business. The CEO is quick to anger and quick to point the finger, never willing to look at himself as the problem. Always blaming studios about reviews, but drastically cuts staff so they are spread so thin they are not able to provide exceptional service. Never does he look at how poor his glassdoor reviews are. Photographers are not professionally trained, and Cady training is minimal. Because pay is so terrible, good photographers go somewhere else. They actually bragged about giving a .50 cent raise after a year, while the C Suite spends thousands of dollars every week on lunches. Schools are baited into signing contracts with promises. Cady's motto should be "we over promise and under deliver." They give lots of money to the schools to sign with them but then produce sub par products. During their quarterly open forum when asked about why culture has declined so significantly they actually told staff across the board to take a look in the mirror and suggested that Cady might not be the right fit for them. Cady isn't the right fit for anyone. The new COO is ignorant at best and is just as terrible a human as the CEO. Does not care about culture or staff at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I can tell you we all are looking for work elsewhere.
