      -payment above average -the possibility to learn fully modern technologies in public transport, -modern and very good multicultural working environment, which colour the old local habits.

      Cons

      No bonuses, no career advancement, there is not enough staff but a lot of work, life work ballance does not turn in the right direction, 3 shifts.
