Pros
The work itself can be interesting if you enjoy consulting, and the clients are genuinely great to work with. This was once a really good company with a strong culture before the private equity takeover — sadly, that version no longer exists.
Cons
Management is a disaster from top to bottom. Constant micromanagement while simultaneously having no real understanding of what consultants actually do day-to-day. Priorities shift constantly — what was critical last week is completely irrelevant this week, with zero explanation. Communication is poor at best, nonexistent at worst. Leadership doesn't listen to the people on the ground doing the actual work. To top it off, they are aggressively outsourcing to India, so don't get too comfortable in your role regardless of how well you perform.
