Depends on which center you are in - Academic Advisor CAL State LA Employee Review

Advisors are Siloed, and there isn't any real way to work together, People are very territorial here and that way of thinking is toxic. There are a lot of old-school thinkers across the entire university keep the ship on course toward the ice berg. We still have tons of paper processes which is redicioulous. And things that are more behind here than in either of the other universities I've worked.
