Pros
Understanding managers, dynamic team, very customer-oriented, progression is possible if you show enough determination, responsibility and charisma. Fashion knowledge is key, they like when you can discuss the brand vision and that you can up-sell (a key-word for an interview!)
Cons
Pay is not very competitive when compared to other designer brands, sometimes the amount of work to be done seems to exceed the salary you are paid, particularly working in central London.
