- Too much pressure on loyal program must maintain min 40% sign up rate or not be on cash -Expectations when closing are that you don't leave until it is perfect. That includes staying 1 maybe 2 hours after you are scheduled. - Very unorganized, management would always schedule out side of given availability. - Only scheduled for 5 hours at a time so that they dont have to give you a break
