Looks great on your resume, lots of hands on experience, getting to work with all the different departments, Lots of perks! Summer Fridays, sample sales, tons of Free food, lots of cool events, mostly friendly group of people. 401k plus benefits, ability to transfer to different sister companies. Overall great company to work for minus a few cons.
Cons
Low on the pay scale, demanding diva like attitudes, cliques, favoritism amongst managers and associates.
