Pros
I really enjoyed the clear structure and the management was very patient with teaching new skills etc. , lots of opportunities to help the visual team etc. discount was nice too you could get a lot of great pieces for next to nothing when you combined the sales and employee discount
Cons
Some things, like maintaining a contact book weren't introduced until I had been working there for several months but this is probably due to the fact that they only gave me 10 or so hours a week - guessing this is due to the poor economy?
