Pros
Decent pay (above average) great discounts in all PVH company stores, on Summer Fridays you do leave at 1pm. Many holidays off.
Cons
Management micro manages everyone. No one works as a team anymore like they did previously. Poor working conditions created with clothes racks blocking every aisle, also creates a fire hazard. You are expected to be in early and work late. Other than Summer Fridays you work 11 to 12 hours a day at least 70% of the time.
