Pros
looks good on c.v discount were good 50% off nice looking store to work in. worked in different stores in the UK some better then others due to management and facilities, if you had a manager that actually knew what they were doing it was a pleasant environment to work in.
Cons
Not providing staff with a toilet in shopping areas that have no public toilets really annoying especially on a Saturday on your lunch break going into department stores queuing up for 20 minutes to use their toilets when you would rather be sitting down eating your lunch.
