Pros
Not too many pros come to mind. Only benefits were the sales, trunk shows, and sample sales.
Cons
Harsh work environment. People were very cliquish and condescending. If you're not used to it, the egos and b*tching will drive you insane. Poor management. Absolutely zero work/life balance. High turnaround.
