Pros
Calvin Klein was a really fun place to work! The music in the store kept me going during long shifts. I was a young college student and so at the time the job was appealing to me since I got to meet a lot of customers that were usually around my age. Management was also young (late twenties) which I thought was great because it was easier to relate to them. There is a nice discount on clothes and accessories available to employees.
Cons
Turnover rate is high. The store hires a lot of seasonal employees and sometimes those seasonal employees can end up weeding out other employees who have been in the store for longer periods of time. A lot of employees dont really take their job seriously but I found this to be true in almost all of retail. Although I listed management being young as a pro, it is also a con because some managers are lacking experience with people. A great manager only becomes great after years of experience with managing people.
