      young and energetic team fair pay and management team reward high performance with raises and promotions opportunities for development and growth manager and management support management team offers other opportunities outside of education/tutoring based on your interests/skills

      working with kids can be tiring sometimes you will have to cover for other staff who call in sick last minute company have high level of standard and expectation
