Constant turnover. In the last year over half of the office staff quit. When people quit the problems are blamed on them and work load piled on whoever is left. No gratitiude no change in compensation no help when asked. People just get run into the ground and leave. The president does not care about anyone but himself. All his ideas are terrible and it shows the company has only shrunk in the last few years and at the current rate probably won't be around much longer Constant changes with no explanation, lack of any structure.
The president will belittle, berate and curse at you in front of the entire company to "set an example"
