Pros
I have joined Canopy One Solutions in 2014. I have started as a mid-level software engineer and gradually grew by being to exposed to different technologies on new projects. In the past 5 years, I found the staff to be professional and supportive when it really mattered. Overall, they are doing a good job for a consulting company of their size.
Cons
This company has grown so much in the past few years, so it cannot be as flexible as it used to. Therefore, upper management cannot interact with the consultants directly and there is a lack of communication between them. On the other hand, as the company grows, it can provide more opportunities for its consultants. So, it can also be considered a benefit from another aspect.
