- Flexible working hour eg) 10am~ - Young Team: only got one full timer (team leader) and two founders. The rest are all interns from Local Uni: NUS, SMU, NTU

- For $800/ mth, be ready to work for 12 hours - Management gets MAD if you don't reply her message within 5 mins regardless of location / time. - Need to princess the boss a bit: carry her bag etc - No resources give eg) Laptop - Need to remind the boss to get paid every month. And gets "tsk-ed" at for being too "materialistic" and "inpatient" - Need to remind the boss to get bak the claims every month -> sometimes adds up to few thousands - Very materialistic, treated like a "tool" and get thrown away if you are not "valuable" - Startup: need to do anything and everything asked - Chinese Culture - Gets eye rolled all the time - Got office Fine system: eg) Sigh -$2 & if never empty the rubbish bin at the end of the day - $88 - A lot of admin work, Very little or NO exposure to investment / financial modelling - Work: strategy / project / goal all over the place, I don't know what I am working on due to limited exposure maybe because i'm an intern. - Must read the lady boss's mood to talk. Bad mood (usually call tell by her eye rolling & stomping feet skills and ) -> ready to even breathe QUIETLY.
