Company culture errs on the side of nepotism.

If you don't have a job good for a steady income before you move on to the next. ONLY WORK here if this is your first job and you want to get experience moving forwards , DON"T STAY here for more than 6 months !

Family business, owners are Armenian there is a huge cultural misfit here, people are not having any team spirit. Micromanagement from owners poking around at everything you do in office . Even though company promotes paperless software, the office was packed with papers & files everywhere. Very small office with 10 desks no place to breath ! They don't give you benefits, or promise when hiring that they will give you after . Products are outdated , you will see this when you see the software, lot of competition now and they have lagged behind. Well when you look at their website you will kind of get it. In 2015 they had lot of cancellations because the support team does not do their job. Support staff have very bad communication skills . Company has a strategy of hiring sales staff and when they don't make fast sales (because of the long sales cycles) , they let them go, afterwards management offers customers huge discounts and wins the sale !
