Pros
Flex schedule, holidays, $2k health contribution
Cons
Employee personnel policies are always slanted in favor of the agency. Trying to be a good employee by not exhausting or abusing every drop of leave is pointless. If you happen to leave before your exact one year anniversary, you WILL NOT be paid your vacation accrual. If you happen to realize you made a huge mistake before your first year is up, you are SOL. Sticking it out and hoping for the best out of some sense of loyalty or professionalism is futile. If you are looking for an employer that provides tuition reimbursement--this isn't the place. Although this benefit is part of the employee manual, management defines "tuition" as paying for webinars, conferences and seminars. If you happen to need health insurance coverage for your entire family, be prepared to shell out upwards of $1200/mo. Agency does not cover any portion of your dependents.
