Pros
-Amazing workmates -Somewhat inclusive work culture. People generally try. -Paid training and certifications. Can get AWS/Azure/GCP certifications in a year, which opens many doors for other jobs -Good springboard to getting a good job since the company its widely known -THey do some good initiatives for people who have kids or work far away from offices. Schedules are somewhat flexible and they try to help with special situation.
Cons
-You will be extremely overworked. Directors sign more contract to give you even more work. They will tell you "Not all people are made for the job" when hiring, it means "Almost everyone we hire will go away because they can't handle how much we squeeze". -Very high turnover, low employee retention. You'll see a lot of many good friends leave or get fired. -Management cares more about it's image than the well being of the team. You can only rely on your workmates, which is why the work culture is so good. -Pay is industry average, but very low for the workload. Once you have been working here for year and a half, take your certifications and move somewhere else. You will do half the job for the same pay or more. -No projection inside the company. Only benefit to level raises are slightly more pay and slightly lesser workload with more responsabilyty, but you do the same work over and over again. The technology changes and sometimes a good challenge appears but the job itself is very repetitive.
