Pay was a little on the low side

You get free lunch every once in a while. Traveling is a benefit especially when you get traveling rewards. You get to see different industries. You get reward bonuses for doing extra work. You also get a cellphone and laptop. Good place to start out.

Base salary is not as competitive as other companies. Hard to advance your career as an engineer, unless you’re in a bigger office. The training needs to be more structured. There should be a better guideline on what employees should learn first. Improve communications between management and employees. Expect to work long hours.
