Pros
Mgt is very flexible and generally open to working with you around problems that arise. The two departments I was in during my time with the company Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
Departments are very siloed. This makes interdepartmental communication rather difficult. It also makes the path to promotion somewhat difficult to see.
