Today is Wednesday and I'll get a 15 minute back massage in the break room. I just finished my workout and have lost a total of 7 pounds in a month due to our fitness training program during my lunch hour. The fitness training if free as is the yoga classes and the massage is subsidized by CARCHEX. This isn't just a company, this is a family. It's fast paced sales environment where you can make very good money.
