We do this not only through initial new hire training, but also continued training sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions with your direct managers. If you feel there are areas within your position as a Customer Service Specialist that you would like more training, we encourage you to contact your direct manager for support. They will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and provide hands-on training as fit. As you stated, the managers at CARCHEX show interest and want you to succeed! The compensation structure for each position within CARCHEX has been carefully reviewed and set based off the position duties and experience level of the Team Member.
