      You get to work with different teams and really see the bigger picture of the product. It’s awesome to see your ideas actually come to life. Sure, things can get hectic during launches, but the experience and learning you gain are totally worth it.

      Cons

      Balancing priorities across multiple teams can sometimes be challenging and requires constant alignment.

      1. Liberty to present ideas, express your opinion and follow if its for the benefit of the company 2. Manage projects on you own and be responsible for all the achievements or failure .
