Pros
A pretty location with amenities.
Cons
The company prides itself on inclusivity and feedback yet when you do share feedback that isn’t 100% positive you’re met with Corrective action. When you as a disabled individual show signs of your disability you are told to compartmentalize and that it is unprofessional in the work place. If you are a protected veteran they will completely disregard the transition period and consistently be on your neck about not meeting their company “values” that they do not apply to themselves. When you are pulled into a meeting room and get told you did something you did not do when you try to speak up you are met with a yelling man who tells you “we called you in here to listen and be quiet not argue” yet will still every single day say they want feedback. Your highest manager will make you feel very uncomfortable by constantly staring at your chest and everyone just says it’s a “nervous tick” although it’s borderline workplace harassment. You could be sitting at top performer for your grouping and still be fired because you gave feedback that hurt someone’s ego. Favoritism is RAMPANT and drastically impacts the work environment as it’s very apparent who is favored and who is not. If you try to discuss with other team members issues about anything workplace related you’re met with corrective action and told that you are creating a negative work environment completely halting any form of connection that could be made. Management will put a target on your back if you notice anything wrong and speak up about it. You will be told that you cannot discuss work at work and that if you do you will get fired. This work place was by far worst experience I’ve had in a job.
