      CASA offices are small teams and it is very close-knit. At CASA-Jefferson and Gilpin Counties the office was friendly and fairly supportive of one another. The vacation time and work from home option was a big plus.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, no room for growth and benefits are minimal.

      This is one of the best places to volunteer! You make such a difference in the lives of those kids and youth.

      A lot of travel. There is a large, statewide network, which can be challenging to navigate.
