Mission and strength of a national grassroot network. The members are the only thing keeping this organization going.
Cons
Unethical and inappropriate leadership and staff practices creating a toxic working environment that is inefficient and redundant. It really begins with the Board of Directors who are completely unaware of the realities of the organization. This organization went from a disengaged, ineffective CEO to a CEO who is not only ineffective but incompetent to serve in a role this complex. Staff are operating out of fear and most of them have no regard or connection to membership or the mission.
