So many: -Racist and homophobic colleagues -Micromanagement -Lack of support -Burnout -Lack of structure -Lack of discipline for unruly patients -No training on policies and procedures -Individuals with no clinical experience or education allowed to insert themselves in conversations that don’t involve them. -Owner doesn’t really know what she’s doing -Management doesn’t listen to feedback -Management is sneaky and not transparent -Lack of clarification on your job -Constantly booked schedule with no room to use the facilities or eating. -Doesn’t listen to other ideas or opinions. - “we want you to bring your experience” but is quick to say “oh we don’t do that here.”
