Pros
Pay was ok . No extra benefits. Won't suggest anyone. Peers were well behaved and good cooperative atmosphere with better product knowledge.
Cons
Managent doesn't has any foresightness. Hired too many tech guys without looking at company balance sheet. And fired in 2 months. For people working from long time also got fired. No value for hardwork and loyalty. Company CEO and MD lack proper decision making. HR is just the puppet of management. They doesn't have any power. Joining this company after knowing everything will be like screwing owns career.
