Pros

Team members, project managers, and directors are the best human beings I have ever worked with. Everybody helps each other. There are no stupid questions.

Cons

The future of the company is unclear. Thoughts are to condense 12 softwares into one for each vertical. This presents some uneasy feelings across the company currently.

Thank you for your positive feedback and comments. With respect to your concerns, Catalis is modernizing its products and moving products to the cloud. This allows for scalability but also customization to meet customers' needs. Our Chief Product Officer oversees the product rollouts, migrations and strategy and currently there are no plans to focus on one product only across each of the verticals. Please feel free to discuss any of your concerns with your manager, or with HR.

Pros

The recruiting team made the process feel personal and smooth from start to finish. They were honest, responsive, and made sure I felt valued at every step. It really set a positive tone before even starting the role.

Cons

Nothing major so far — onboarding tasks can be a bit time-sensitive, but that’s expected with any new hire process.

Pros

None. It is making me use at least 5 words.

Cons

The company is antiquated and runs terrible software. The is zero visibility, and no growth. Anyone who signed with them will have to eat the tech cost and transfer providers within 2 years. Entire C suite is beyond their depth. Sinking fast.
