      Pros

      Opportunity to pick different kinds of work after excelling in assigned tasks. Pay scales are based on the work performed and good opportunities for high appraisals. Have a supportive team to assist with all kind of problems and provide solutions.

      Cons

      Saturdays are half day working currently, policy is being drafted for work days, may change to 5 days a week in the future.
