      As other reviews have mentioned, micromanagement was rife and part of everyday work. Deadlines were extremely tight which meant very often people would be forced to work overtime. Two tier system used for hiring people in senior and leadership positions. Wouldn't work here again. No career progression plans in place and indifference from leadership regarding this. Pay at 10-15% lower compared to similar roles in other companies.
