If you are willing to keep your head down, work hard, and go along with the established culture, there can be opportunities to succeed here. Strong work ethic is generally recognized and rewarded, and there are good people throughout the organization.

The culture often felt fear-based rather than trust-based. Many employees felt a constant sense of job insecurity, creating an environment where people were hesitant to speak up, ask difficult questions, or offer constructive feedback. In my experience, those who challenged decisions or voiced concerns were often viewed unfavorably, while those who simply went along with the status quo tended to have a smoother path.
