Pros
There are a few good people working there, but they're mostly too afraid to stray from the norm. I did, however, learn a lot and enjoyed what I learned.
Cons
The CEO is a coward with major rage problems who thinks CBI is on par with Deloitte and Accenture. I'm pretty sure those executives don't scream at and belittle their employees in front of the whole company. They tout that it's like a family and how everyone is so friendly and helpful, but it is more like a bunch of egotistical maniacs competing with each other. I tried to befriend these people and never could get past a friendly hello...because they didn't have time. People are only there for themselves and trampling over each other to get to the top. They talk of working hard but that is not the case...it's more like a meeting to plan a meeting, and a bunch of people wasting their time with inefficient work habits. It is a very disorganized place to work and very little communication. And forget about training...there is none. I had such high hopes and a positive attitude abt working there and I feel like my employment there left me confused and disappointed. I completely understand why so many former employees sue them.
