Pros

Can't think of anything that's amazing here anymore.

Cons

Toxic place to work. Unrealistic goals, lack of training, inflated egos, and a non-diverse environment define the day-to-day. The focus is solely on revenue, while leadership continues to overlook the poor culture and low morale among employees. There is little investment in professional development or meaningful feedback, and employee concerns are routinely dismissed. Without accountability or a commitment to change, retention and team performance will continue to suffer.

Pros

The benefits are great! Just a detail that I think speaks volumes is that they have bereavement leave for pets (as long as its reasonable) The atmosphere- Definitely a workplace that supports its associates and helps us grow rather than giving write-ups. Lots to learn- I feel like I have been given such a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow here. I genuinely feel like if I would've brainstormed the perfect job this would be it.

Cons

The pay could be better, but its not terrible considering the benefits and my position is wfh.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn and grow your career if you make the extra effort. Decent amount of time off in the off season. Offices are clean and provide often provides food and has events to get the office together.

Cons

Pay is not the best. Will drag along promotions if they think they can get away with it. HR has been feeling increasingly hostile since the Marcum takeover. Recent layoffs have increased workloads for employees that stayed. The busy season can be brutal and upper management hawks billable hours ignoring the flow and cycles of some client books causing some employees to become overloaded with work. Outsourcing programs have been a nightmare causing increased budget costs for client books.
