Great work environment. Supportive management always encouraging employee growth. Team environment but maintains an emphasis on personal responsibility and development. Management encourages activities together including hikes, dinners, ski trips, etc.

Small company. Although I find many benefits to working for small companies, it's not for everyone.

It's an excellent managed company. It's a consultant company in which the leaders bring the most updated best practice management into execution. The continuous passion and research to bring the most out of their consultants to the benefit of its customers is really outstanding. And it's achieved in a flow mode in which the example given by their leaders, gets promptly the new consultants in such environment of self-commitment. It's a culture that surrounds the new employees in such a way, that it makes easy by the example to understand and feel personally the proud of being a consultant in that company and enter into that level of commitment.

The high dependence on oil prices and the political environment in a country with deep economical differences and social turmoil, has made the niche market they attend, highly volatile. So they have had to cope with a high high variance in the demand of its services.
